Clock in

Pick Quick Shift (3 calls) or Full Shift (5 calls). You're assigned a unit and a partner — the same partner for the whole tour, because real partners don't rotate mid-shift.

Work the shift

Calls run back-to-back with no dashboard stop between them. Between calls you're back in service, standing by, on the radio — the next dispatch comes when it comes, not when you're ready for it.

Go off duty

One debrief for the whole shift, not one per call. You see your score on call one next to your score on your last call — the gap between them is the most honest number in your training.

A single scenario only ever tells you whether you know the material right now, well-rested, with nothing else on your plate. The fatigue from call three is still in your body during call five. Shift Mode is the only way on the platform to see whether your assessment order, your timing, and your documentation hold up once that compounding pressure is real.
