Questions, answered plainly.

Is MedRelay updated for the April 2025 NREMT exam changes?+

Yes. MedRelay is built around the 2025 NREMT cognitive exam domains — Scene Size-Up and Safety, Primary Assessment, Secondary Assessment, Patient Treatment and Transport, and Operations — including TEI question formats that test clinical judgment, not just memorization.

What happens after I pass my NREMT?+

You can continue to use MedRelay for EMT-B review, PCR practice, and scenario reps while you build confidence on the job. If you no longer need it, you can cancel Student Pro anytime.

Do EMS programs or instructors use MedRelay?+

MedRelay offers institutional licensing for EMS programs. If you're a program director or instructor, use the contact page to request a pilot.

Can I cancel anytime?+
